Volée

Support

Volée is an app for organising padel on Android and iPhone: open games, tournaments, and one honest level. If something is not working, or you need something from us, this page covers the usual questions and how to reach a person.

1. Contact us

Write to scubehq@gmail.com. In the app, Settings, then Contact us opens the same address. Every message is read by a person.

If your question is about your account, include the phone number you signed up with. We confirm the number is yours before we change anything on it, by calling it or by a WhatsApp message from it, because anybody can type a number into an email. Never send us your password: nobody at Volée will ever ask for it.

Volée is operated by Sound Enterprises Private Limited.

2. Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, and it takes effect straight away.

What is removed and what stays on other players' records is set out in full in the privacy policy.

3. Report or block someone

Volée has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You can report any player, and anything a player wrote, and you can block anyone.

To report

Then pick a reason and add anything that helps. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks the community rules is removed, and the account behind it is suspended or removed.

To block

Open the player's profile, tap the three dots at the top, and choose Block. You are also offered a block when you report somebody. Blocking works both ways: each of you stops seeing the other. They are not told, but the people at Volée who review reports are, so a block is looked at the way a report is.

To unblock, use the same menu on their profile, or Settings, then Blocked players.

If anybody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

4. Common questions

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. It opens an email to us with your number filled in. We do not send codes by text, so a person resets it: we call that number, or ask for a WhatsApp message from it, and give you the new password there. We never send a password by email. You can also write to scubehq@gmail.com directly.

Can I book a court in the app?

No. Volée does not book or sell courts, and there are no payments in the app. You post a game at a venue you name, other players take the open seats, and the court is arranged the way you always have.

How is my level worked out?

It starts from the short quiz you answer when you join. After that it moves only with the results of games recorded in the app, never with a number anybody picks.

Who can see my phone number?

Nobody. It is never shown to other members. Whether people who already have your number can find you by it is a switch in Settings, Findable by phone number.

Somebody did not turn up to a game.

The players who were there can report a no-show. Repeated no-shows are recorded against the account and can end it, as the terms explain.

How do I change my name, photo or handle?

Go to the You tab and tap Edit profile.

Where are the privacy policy and the terms?

The privacy policy says what we collect, why, and how to delete it. The terms of use include the community rules. Both are also in the app, under Settings.
